The luxurious textures of this unique wallpaper design were inspired by the shifting colours and moods of the Scandinavian Baltic Sea. The sketch was painted with aquarelles on wet paper. The original idea for the design came from a photograph book called "See the Baltic Sea” by photographers Jukka Rapo & Lauri Rotko - it shows the various fragile and extremely beautiful aspects of this shallow sea.
